Here's My Story:
I live in Post Falls, Idaho, USA. I'm married to the most wonderful woman on earth, and I have 2 little boy that are huge blessings in my life. My primary goal in life is to love Jesus and live a Godly life until the day I die and get to see him face to face.
In the meantime, I'm loving my wife and kids, serving as a small group leader at my local church, and trying to make a decent living.
When I was 17 years old I started working at Wendys and quickly came to disdain it. After about a month working there I got offered a job roofing for a friend of the family and took it immediately. For about five years I worked as a roofer for company in Coeur d'Alene. During that time I learned about Internet marketing and I got involved in a bunch of scammy get rich quick type schemes that only made me broker.
In 2005 I decided to branch out on my own and start my own roofing company, since that's what I knew. Since then I've been working for myself roofing, but my biggest desire was to get out of roofing and start my own internet marketing business. I've learned a lot about marketing products and services on the Internet in the years that I've been studying it and following the gurus, and I knew there must be some way for me to put all that knowledge to use.
2010 was a really slow year for my roofing business, and it helped kick me into high gear working on my Internet business and figuring out what to do as a career. In all the years that I've been studying Internet marketing list building has really stood out to me as one of the most important things that you should have as part of your business, whether it's online or off-line. having a list of prospects interested in what you have to offer and the ability to follow-up with them is extremely powerful.
At the beginning of 2011 I decided that I was going to start a website teaching people how to build a list of prospects to exponentially increase the sales and profits of their business. but even though I've learned a lot studying Internet marketing, I didn't really feel that I had the experience to teach it myself.
So I decided that I would step out of my comfort zone and start calling the top Internet marketing experts that I knew about to see if I could get an interview with them. Many said no but some awesome guys like Jack Humphrey, Mark Hendricks, Terry Dean and more said yes, and that's how I started http://ListBuildingMasters.com.
My ultimate goal this year is to shutdown my roofing business and work full-time on my Internet marketing businesses both online and helping local businesses off-line learn to use the Internet to build their businesses faster and sell more of their products & services.
